We reached out to LitExtension to migrate the customers and orders data from our Prestashop store to our new Shopify store. After a quick chat with a rep of their team we went for their all-in-one migration service. They immediately started working on the migration and after a couple of tweaks everything was migrated correctly. Contact with them was always pleasant and we received ample status updates. LitExtension was life saver when we needed to migrate all our orders from Ecwid to Shopify. They also offered three months of support after the migration was completed. We haven't had one single problem with the migration data. It was a breath of fresh air to still have our old customers' order history in our system. We needed to transfer some data due to a move from WooCommerce to Shopify. I am an absolute layman in the subject and Litextension advised me well. Even when we had to go the more complicated way via CSV import, they did it very well. When I noticed things afterwards, they still solved them for us.

I was skeptical at first, but my experience with LitExtension was very easy and smooth. They were able to use our old OpenCart site, move all of our order data over to our new Shopify site, and even map all of the product data in there so we had all of the products in the migrated orders. Sean, the customer service agent was incredibly responsive and thorough. Quick to fix any issues, and very transparent with the process. Moving from Yahoo is annoying, but LitExtension service answers promptly and clearly explains what needs to be done at each step. We are importing 130000+ orders and it saves the huge hassle of using a manual app to move the orders yourself. Also it costs the same as manual even with customization fees.
