I used the app to migrate 4 sites (Magento and BigCommerce) and the team did an excellent job and were very responsive when I had a question. They did very good work for a reasonable price.

Very nice service! We migrated from Magento2 to Shopify. We had to Migrate data to two separate sites, but they did a perfect data migration of products, customers and orders. All we did was tell them what we wanted.
They were very flexible and accommodating to our requests. I wish I had known about this service earlier.

LitExtension was a great find when we needed to migrate our old platform to Shopify (they have many other options too). The assistance from Cara, who helped us through the full migration process was absolutely outstanding and beyond expectations. She stayed the full 4 hour migration window online helping all the way through to completion of the tasks. We had so many questions to ask her as we were migrating our production platform, so she took every question to answer in detail as well as to provide evidence that their solution works without a hitch. We are absolutely grateful for their help and the smart App, well worth the money paid. I was worried about one particular review in here as one said this App deleted all of their products. When I asked about they they took time to demo the process in their store and to assure me that our 9 months work of products isn't going to trash. Thank you so much for your help Cara and LitExtension. We have no hesitation to recommend to anyone who needs to migrate their shopping platforms.

Our first ever developer-free migration completed today ( from magento2 to Shopify) and Litextension gave outstanding support & service transfering exactly ( and only) the data we needed from our huge, old, patched-together site, seamlessly and conscientiously - working late into the night to complete our final migration. They were always there always there to help and advise me. As someone who knows nothing about tech-stuff, the migration-process, felt overwelming & intimidating until LitExtension got involved - then it became a breeze... I am eternally grateful for to the whole team, and particularly to Brian & Jay, who hand-held me throughout, going above and beyond with solutions ( like adding a formular to net prices in Magento, so they would show as inc Vat on Shopify - which helped massively:) If you're thinking of migrating away from magento and its lack of control for non-developers like me - DO IT ( I'm free!) ... and DEFINATELY do it with LITEXTENSION.
