Loop Subscriptions App

I was implementing a subscription option for the first time on my website and tried 3 different apps to see how they work. I decided to go with Loop because 1) the design seemed to be the nicest 2) I saw that other customers were saying great things about the customer service. Loop team (Manan) was assisting me and helped me tremendously to install the widget on my website. I had some technical issues with my Shopify theme and he figured it out and helped me the same day. The communication was quick therefore I didn't waste any time waiting for the implementation. Definitely recommending Loop!!! :)

Can't recommend enough, they were so helpful when we were switching over from Bold Subscriptions. Bold made it almost impossible to leave on purpose, and Loop saved the day! They were able to handle migration end to end without all of the manual inputting that Bold said we would have to do. Bold said we'd have to add each one of our subscribers one by one and there was "no way" for them to help us otherwise. Do not use Bold. Use Loop. Their team is professional and quick to respond, and so helpful. The app has all of the customizations we need and so far, it's been an absolutely wonderful decision to switch over. Thank you Loop!

Loop is great. Integrates with Klaviyo really well, which is key for us. Great for “subscribe and save” subscription models. Customer support is great, some of the most helpful customer support I've probably ever received from a Shopify app.

If I were to start offering subscriptions in my business, I'm choosing Loop, no question!!

Our experience with Loop has been really great and supportive. We have been assisted mostly by Surbhi, Sri & Abel and all have been extremely helpful and friendly. The transition was a little bit difficult as we had a lot of weird pricing mixed in with our old Bold subscription but the Loop team did everything they could to make it seamless. So far the new system is doing amazing and we are slowly acquiring the subscribers we lost on our old platform. Highly recommend.

I'm so impressed with Loop's customer and support team! They were incredibly helpful when I switched from two other subscription apps, and they've been quick to respond to any questions I've had since then. Loop has been super easy to use, and I haven't had any glitches at all. I highly recommend it!

Really love this app! The support is amazing - the team are always available to chat through slack or a video call if I get really stuck. It's just so easy to use and we've increased our customer retention rate plus number of subscriptions. It also looks great and is a much better experience for our customers. It's more expensive that Bold, but so worth it.

We've previously been on ReCharge and Prive, and Loop is the best so far! The built-in analytics Loop provides and the out-of-the-box customer UX far exceed other competing platforms, and the economics of Loop work better for our small (but growing) business. Since switching to Loop, we better understand who/why/what around our subscription customers and their behavior. We've also seen a drop in customer service tickets related to customer subscription management because our customers are able to navigate their portals easily. Loop is easy and makes growing a subscription channel easy!

The Loop Team continue to be fantastic for our business growth and development! Working with Loop to migrate over to Shopify was seamless and they were available at all stages to get us set up for success. The collaboration we have with our Loop account manager Nihal keeps us communicating constantly. They provide support extremely fast as well as offering solutions to increase our subscription retention and growth. Our business is THRIVING with Loop!

I had a very specific case for Subscriptions that it seemed no other app was capable of performing. Our store subscriptions needed to be available for in-store pickup only and have shipping restricted. Harshit, Vivek and Surbhi were all friendly, professional and punctual with updates and responses. They resolved the issue by getting in touch with Shopify and within a couple days - I was good to go. Thank you so much to the Loop team, I would definitely recommend this app for anyone looking to start subscriptions or bundles.

Migrated to Loop from Recharge and like it a lot more so far. App is easy to set up and the team is very helpful with migrating over customers and getting everything onboarded. My only complaint is that I wish it had a feature that automatically emails customers if the product they're subscribed to changes in price and gives them the option to opt-out. Other than that, I think they are a great solution.
