Loop Subscriptions App

We moved from Recharge to Loop and I am very impressed so far. Migration was seamless and the support has been excellent. We've already seen an increase in subscriptions only a week in.

We’ve recently started using Loop, but so far it’s been smooth sailing!

1. There's a ton of inbuilt flexibility for subscription mechanics and automated flows.

2. Backend support from the Loop team has been fantastic

3. Can't stress this enough but value proposition is superb compared to other subscription app alternatives in the market

The Loop team is amazing to deal with! We looked at a lot of different options for our first subscription app and ultimately landed on Loop because it felt like a great starting point, especially considering the app is free until you have 40 subscriptions. It was a little challenging getting the widget "on brand" so we reached out to their CS. Adarsh worked with us for a few weeks going as far as modifying the liquid code to make sure the app fit our site perfectly. Long story short, they have a great app and an even better team. Would highly recommend Loop to anyone!

Great integration for integrating sub for our brand. Really easy to use out of the box - and great features around widget customization and retention flows. Also, really helpful customer/technical support when I needed it. If you're looking for a subscription app and are looking for great starting place, Loop is the way to go. I've worked with several other sub management apps and even the free ones don't compare to the out of the box feautres you get with Loop.
