Migrated to Loop from Recharge and like it a lot more so far. App is easy to set up and the team is very helpful with migrating over customers and getting everything onboarded. My only complaint is that I wish it had a feature that automatically emails customers if the product they're subscribed to changes in price and gives them the option to opt-out. Other than that, I think they are a great solution.

The Loop team have been AWESOME to deal with. We are new to subscriptions on our store and their customer service has been next-level. I bombarded them (and continue to now) with questions to help us set up and optimize our subscription program and they continually go out of their way to make things work flawlessly. Migrated from Bold to Loop. The team made the migration as seamless as possible, even working to recode my website with my web designer after the previous app's code was causing some trouble with the migration.
The functionality of Loop is epic - already made massive changes to the customer experience which is increasing AOV and LTV. (only been live for a month so it will be exciting to see how this progresses as I customise things further.)
The team has been so attentive and proactive in helping me improve my business, nothing like my experience with my previous app provider. To anyone who is growing a subscription-based ecom business, I'd 100% recommend Loop.

Best hassle free subscription app so far. We were on recharge for quite some time and switched to Loop. It is so much more user friendly and easy to manage. Great app and the support have improved since started. They always help to ensure the widgets are in place for every updated Been here for 1 year and 9months wow how time flies but to further elaborate and hope this review helps someone who is starting out on shopify and searching for an app to start the subscription base community. I totally understand the confusion with so many apps and reviews can be confusing at times especially when capital is restricted and cant afford any setbacks. As a holistic brand this app works perfectly for me plus integrates with most apps including email marketing. You will need to learn how to use features according to your business plan however its well worth it. I hope my revoew helps someone out there
