I've had a long lasting issue with shopify shipping rates and Atul was the best! He helped and supported me where he could and no solution was never the answers. We have not been using Loop Subscriptions for very long, but we are extremely satisfied. I was nervous about the initial transition, but Abel went above and beyond answering my many questions and our migration went flawlessly. A great thing about this app is, that I can edit the code and manipulate everything how I want. So I can adapt it to my webshop seamless. Everything loads fast, only support is faster and helps in great detail.

It has been a fantastic experience working with Loop. Support team is extremely knowledgable and action-oriented. I reported a small, harmless bug where a dashboard wasn't loading in numbers, and they created an entire report / investigation into why it happened. They really do care about their merchants. The platform itself is excellent. Super easy to use/setup. You're in good hands with Loop. Nothing but good things to say.
