Loop enabled us to launch subscriptions in our Shopify store with zero friction. The onboarding was well structured and fast. The Loop team is friendly and responsive. From our perspective, setting up plans is very intuitive, and our customers can start, pause, or modify subscriptions effortlessly in their portal. The Loop app is stable and genuinly rich in features. All the features work as promised. Documentation is clear, and the UI makes operations simple. Overall, we’re very happy and confidently recommend Loop to brands going into recurring revenue.

We have rapidly growing B2B categories and needed a way to encourage subscriptions amongst our customers, who are mostly business owners. Moving over to Loop was the best decision I have made in a long time. The platform is robust, beautiful, and flexible, and the migration process of existing subscriptions was smooth. Also, the available out-of-box integrations for loyalty programs are also more than sufficient. The support team is very attentive and supportive.
