They only support you if you get one of the paid plans. Each time I asked for help they asked me if I'm on free plan or not and then just stopped giving support. When I uninstalled the app the code remaining cause problems with my theme and they didn't help me to remove codes. Very poor customer service.
i've used a couple subscription apps but when it comes to loop this has got to be the best
not only have the onboarding team been extremely helpful
but the software they're offering is top of the line
Awesome Service and a great option for MRR
Recently migrated from Smartrr to use the Loop advanced flows. It has been a 10/10 experience. The team was super diligent during the migration and setup process it was basically hands off for me. The advanced flow we are running now through Loop is our best preforming funnel. Loop also has tons of great features like dunning, retention tools & more. Highly recommend!

We looked for a long time at almost every subscription solution that exists. I read horror story reviews on pretty much all the platforms of something getting screwed up after install and causing checkout issues, website issues, etc. We settled on Recharge but looked further into Loop the day we were going to sign up. I'm glad we did.
It's super easy to use and it just works. Not nearly as costly as Recharge for many of the same features. The support is fantastic. They really go the extra mile to take care of you. There's a reason their reviews are so great. Thanks Loop team!

Great onboarding experience, supported the whole way plus have a Slack channel for help with anything. Simranjeet has been amazing.
Was on recharge before and it sucked. This is cheaper and better.

Our company has been using the subscription app for about a month and it's so far so good. The support has been excellent and Aastik and the team have always been quick to respond (we have customers throwing questions out there).
It's not the cheapest solution, however it works, and works well. We're very happy thus far and we're still only using the basic subscription functionality.
