The Loop team was incredible to work with from the very first call and all the way through to completion of our migration away from Recharge. Loop gives us the flexibility we need to provide the best subscription experience for our customers. We demoed software from several providers and Loop was far and away the best choice for us.

This app provided exactly what we needed for our subscription service. We went through so many different apps before we found Loop. Loops ability to chose an anchor date and have a cut off period were critical to our needs. The service was EXCELLENT and very quick. Our subscription service is unique and we needed some help setting things up at the start ....we found the service great and it really eased the integration of loop within our store. Highly recommend this app. Great service, reasonable fees, and great functionality.

Really impressed with Loop! We migrated from WooCommerce Subscriptions to Shopify + Loop Subscriptions, and their team has been responsive, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process. The tech is incredible, with all the options and configurations you would expect to make for a beautiful and customizable subscriptions experience, but lightweight enough to not slow or bog things down. We were with Bold Subscriptions for many years then switched to Appstle with the Shopify 2.0 release. It took us a month to configure and get setup on Appstle and after going live we just ran into issue after issue after issue as the system wasn't stable. We started looking at other platforms and found Loop. The install and configuration took just a few hours. They migrated our existing customers over from Appstle and we were live within a few days. Customers love it and we are very happy with it about a month since launch. Would highly recommend!
