Loop Subscriptions App

Loop is the only subscription app that we use on our sites. We have tried most of the other popular options and were disappointed by the lack of features, support, and the cost. The support team is awesome!

My experience so far has been great. The support team are very helpful and I have been able to setup subscriptions easily and when I get stuck I only have to wait a few minutes to get it sorted. Highly recommend

I was hesitant to use the Loop App after reading a few reviewers complaining about their poor (or non-existent) service for the free plan, but after another app called "Joy" did not live up to my expectations - it failed during installation steps, I decided to give the LOOP a try. I am so glad I did and I am on the free plan and have received fantastic service from Varun, who was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He even disabled another widget that I did not know was in my template. The Loop Widget looks so cool and so happy with the way it looks. I don't know how much I appreciate your help, Varun. After a year of research and trials, this app was the only one to allow us to launch subscription on our shop in France. The support team is super reactive and reply within minutes. Looking forward to continue working with these people.

Absolute worst customer service we've ever experienced. Had some trouble with the manual installation and were told to "find a developer." WILD that a Shopify App thinks that the "only way to install a app is manually" when all the other ones we've looked at do it for you or it's automated. Don't waste your time...there are a lot of other, better, and helpful options.

Just started using this app, needed a tiny bit of help from support and so far it's running flawlessly! They were quick to respond and guided me through some coding edits to make it work with our store.

This is the best subscription app I've come across. The bundle works great and it allows customizing to match your theme through a little bit of coding.
