Nous utilisons cette LL pour notre programme de fidélité et cela fonctionne à merveille. Les clients peuvent suivre l'évolution de leurs points et aussi faire leur demande de rewarding de façon autonome.
De plus le SAV est très réactif et nos demandes sont résolues dans l'heure qui suit.
Nous recommandons vivement.

We have loved working with Loyalty Lion. Our account rep Vicky Vitkay was so helpful setting up our program for us. She took the time to sit down and review everything with us and gave great feedback on our program and also shared great examples. She was always very responsive and checked in with us as well! Overall a great experience!

Loving this app! I haven't had it very long but it is easy to set up and easy to use! I had a questions and my email was quickly answered to help me solve my problem. I know this will do great things for my business!

I think a loyalty programme is REALLY something important to reward your customers. I really like this app and the customer service is awesome. The suport is really great and responding time is always very fast!

Have been using it for almost 2 months and still using it. What i like about this app is the layout is very neat and it is user-friendly for both seller and consumers. Great features and there's always improvements. Besides that, the staff is always very helpful and open to feedback for new enhancement. Furthermore, they do have plans (without limiting the features) which cater for small businesses. Thumbs up!

Great support and onboarding. The software is easy to use. In addition, we had few onboarding calls and documents which were helpful. the onboarding team helped us with many ideas to set up the loyalty programm.

Our onboarding manager Luana Stoica has been very accommodating throughout our setup process. We encountered some difficulties along the way, but Luana always came through with helpful tips and guided us through everything. We just launched the program, so we'll see how it goes but so far, so good.

I installed this app about 7/8 months ago. It was very easy to use, and I've been able to tailor my needs. It also has a lot more to offer, that I hope to utilise, as my business grows. My main positive though is, the customer service is FANTASTIC. I have contacted them twice with a query. Once BEFORE i was a customer and once recently. Both occasions happened to be bank holiday weekends. Not expecting an answer until 3 or 4 days later, I got an answer BOTH times within 24 hours. Cannot recommend them highly enough and I'm looking forward to utilising the app more in the future.
