This is the best app out there to track what customers are doing on your store. It tells you where a sale came from, add to carts etc. I highly recommend it.

The best app to see and observe customers movements on the website, it has helped me a lot to optimize and make my product pages better for more conversions, the in chat feature is the best one as i can chat with customers live when they are on the website, kudos to the makers, thanks a lot.

I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND hopping on a short 15 minute call with your account rep to chat about the ins and outs. EXTREMELY HELPFUL!
