Love this app i use it on two of my stores and this is one of the best tools I use to see my traffic live ,Tip if you do FB ads and use the UTM its amazing to see how each ad preform, I personally not a big fan of google analytic to much data to process, so with Lucky Orange i can see in a min whats going on with all my traffic
This is a must have app for all stores. Has helped me improve my customer journey. Simple and effective user interface allows you too see the recordings easily. Recordings can also be viewed on your phone. Will save you if you missed a bug during store set up!

This app got recommend to me from a friend and I almost didnt scheudule a call because i thought i knew it all LOOL. Man good thing i ended booking the call because after todays call with Jordan Dodd it was completely GAME CHANGER. He really went in depth on who to use all the futures in the app. There's so many things you can do on lucky orange; it literally feel like a all in one place. Chat feature, announcements, events, Ect... I would recommend this app to anyone who had a eccomerce store or website. 10/10 all day everyday. Now its time to implement these tactics and put them to use. And to mention the call is free when you sign up so it's a WIN WIN situation. Thanks again to the team and Jordan Dodd.

We specifically use this application to identify and fix the issues on our store based on the user behavior. It is just a week since we started exploring, plenty of features and I love it. The result is really insane. every eCommerce store should have this application to provide a better shopping experience to customers. According to us it is our essential application. I purchased this app for the heat map function, which has proved valuable in making a plan to optimize my customer's journey. Once implemented, I look forward to continuing to use the map to refine that experience. Although I have not yet implemented it, I do plan to selectively use the chat function. In all, the merchant experience with onboarding has been smooth.
