The app is more than amazing in technical terms! Not only can you track visits, look at heatmaps, check flows and navigation paths, but you can also create surveys and start chats with users - all from one place. NOTE: I've changed this review, there was a mix up with some miscommunication from the team. I was very happy that they realized their mistake, fixed it, and went the extra mile to make things right with me.

I use this app to track all of my web traffic on my site and it's been instrumental in improving my conversion rate. With the screen recording feature that allows me to watch how my visitors interact with my site, I'm easily able to diagnose any issues and find out where they fall out of the funnel. The pricing is extremely competitive and it's jam-packed with features. My favorite, besides the screen recording, is the click heatmap that shows you where your visitors are clicking on your site and allows you to see what parts of your site are doing the best job catching people's attention.

Lucky Orange is a perfect app for your store i personally benefited so much from it. and they have awesome customer service they replied quickly and fixed the problem that i have in mins. Recommended.
I haven't really used the app yet but this is based review is based on Customer Service and in particular, Justin. He gave me instructions for set up. I had to go into code (EEEKKKK!!!!) I said that to him in chat. He said no problem and he did it for me! And did it while the chat was open and made sure that I was happy. Great job Justin! I appreciate your help and you gave 5 star service!!!! :)
UPDATE: Justin set up a 15 minute conference call with me and gave me an overview and helped with more set up. This is truly one of the best companies I have ever dealt with in my life... not just eCommerce but in everything. The best customer service!!! OH... and what this app can do is amazing. I learned quickly that my header area needed some tweaks and that I needed to move product up higher on the page. It's awesome!
I highly recommend lucky orange. The insights are invaluable. The recordings page gives me a clear look of exactly where my traffic is coming from and how they're interacting on my site. Then the individual recordings let me see how my sites page is formatting on customers devices, as well as if everything is working right. The insights alone from this app will pay for itself hundreds of times over each month for me. Thanks lucky orange!
