Really loving the app and their support is great. They were super quick to answer me and made sure I had everything setup correctly. Such valuable information from this software that has helped me increase my site conversions!
Although I am still only on the trial period, this app is amazing and a must!
The live recordings of your customers experience on the site have really helped me to see my site from a different perspective and I have noticed lots of errors or things that need to be changed, that I have not even noticed in the last year. I had to ask support for a question, that was answered so promplty.

This app is great, it shows you exactly what customers are doing on your store page, which gives you amazin insight. It also gives you very accurate details like location, IP address. I would recommended this app for sure.

I started using this app to see how user friendly my website is. soon this app became my saviour. i learned how the customer was using the website and things i could do to improve it for a better ROI. i really like this app and im pretty addicted to it now.
