This app is great, it shows you exactly what customers are doing on your store page, which gives you amazin insight. It also gives you very accurate details like location, IP address. I would recommended this app for sure.

Slowing down our site. After checking out PageSpeed Insights from Google, it shows that our top 3rd party app that is slowing down our site is Lucky Orange - 1,003 ms of a delay. They claim the app doesn't slow down your customer's experience, but this fact by Google says otherwise.

I started using this app to see how user friendly my website is. soon this app became my saviour. i learned how the customer was using the website and things i could do to improve it for a better ROI. i really like this app and im pretty addicted to it now. Love the app and the statistics it gives and the ability to be able to chat with customers.
I decided to download this app as I have been having problems with my traffic not staying long enough on my site. It is a really good tool to look into this, with many features that can be used as you develop insight. Most importantly, the customer service is AMAZING!
