I used this app to add custom fields to my pop up newsletter. Was able to design the basic template to look good and it's working so far.
They are good wish free plan had a few more options but good overall! I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in email marketing for your business!

Very simple to set up. Just watch out when setting up as it defaults to live - you can turn this off in settings until you are ready to launch it.
because I already have a Mailchimp account it was straight forward. I could not find this app in the Mailchimp info when I was looking to add a sign up on on Shopify account.
