Shopify Marketplace Connect is a fantastic app! Setting up my marketplace connections was quick and straightforward. Like with any new app, I encountered a few initial issues, but Mariel from their customer support was incredibly helpful. Salve, ho un problema con la sincronizazzione delle immagini. Qualcuno potrebbe essermi di aiuto? sul mio store ho tante immagini per ogni prodotto ma quando creo l'inserzione su ebay me ne importa solamente una!!!sinceramente è una cosa molto fastidiosa! qualcuno che può aiutarmi?

Had to migrate over to connect after codisto was discontinued. The negative reviews were spot on. My steady Amazon sales are gone. Most of my listings went to error and are now inactive. It's a complete guessing game how to correct. Hours with chat and on phone with Customer service. Got brushed off by service tech. Said I needed to escalate my issue to another department and I would be contacted via email and call within 24 hours. Neither happened. Marketplace Connect is not easy and not for people without extensive training. Even the Techs at Connect can't get my Shopify listings to connect to Amazon

Works fine for ebay but not Amazon. I've been put through the wringer with this company and have been with them for 12 months so it's not a knee jerk reaction but MarketPlace Connect simply does not do what it says.

I keep being told developers are looking into it but it's not solved. I don't believe they have the technical skills because simple listings do not sync with Amazon and are stuck in publishing mode. I've waited 2 months for this to be sorted but run out of patience. I absolutely do not recommend this app for Amazon syncing.
