correction: the app itself remains slow, however with a little practice you get to fix the gaps that the guide does not mention. There remains an app which, by paying for it, does not return the satisfaction of completeness, after all we are talking about e-commerce, on google I manually modified 600 products because with missing information, not supported by shopify, on amazon I will have to manually enter the products and then connect them to the app, which without the asin codes you do nothing, but the codisto app doesn't explain it well. It's just an analysis and linking application, demanding even for what it offers.

Was the developer first rude and then kind? Yes. You have the right to review by expressing your opinion. If other sellers have found it good, good for them.
Created ebay account with codisto, no code to apply: products not visible due to the NON-seller account from the app created, Walmart? Only if you're based in the US? option blocked? This isn't the app's fault though.
However, it shouldn't be called multi-channel selling but a linking showcase.
All in all though, for what it offers... it works. ps. don't blame the customers who find errors, it's not the caches fault... spend more time fixing the application.
Dearest Nikki, I see you are arrogant about one star reviews but you have 39. Please do not contact me unless asked otherwise it is called harassment. I blocked calls, don't make me block emails and report you.
Do not install this app if syncing with Etsy. It will deactivate all your synced products and, in the unfortunate case of some poor souls I've found on Reddit, completely delete your products.
Additionally, the inventory that is synced with Etsy is the total inventory across all markets, not just the online market, or a market you separate out for Etsy.
This app should have been tested thoroughly before sending that email out to customers.

We acknowledge some teething issues when first launched but our team has made substantial strides in adapting to the intricacies of the Etsy marketplace. Duplication and deletion is now fully resolved.

I had high hopes for this app. Codisto's stand-alone amazon app wasn't working for me (the category popup window wouldn't work) so I tried this one instead.
Amazon: Category and Product Type selection work, Item Type would only load the first few options. I've been working with support, but they won't acknowledge the problem, they just keep telling me to try different browsers (which I have)
Walmart: I can setup the listing, and it says "Publishing" but never publishes. There are no logs to see if there are errors, so I don't know whats going on. I reached out to support, they told me they escalated the ticket. thats it.
eBay: Can't select the product category. I haven't reached out to support on this one. I'm too fed up.
After days of fighting with this app on 3 different sales channels, I haven't been able to list even one product. Support was worthless.

I am pretty crap at technology! I couldnt work out how to sync with ebay. so i clicked on chat and within seconds the people gained acces to my store worked through everything with me for around 1 hour (past 5pm) to help me sync with ebay. The result was amazing. the ebay template through them is very professional the way it presents and a lot cheaper than most of the other apps! very very happy with the service, they were so patient with my dinosaur crappy tech skills!
i find the 24 hr chat very helpful and the step by step guidance and follow up chat transcript extremely useful.
I tried this App and did find it useful. Although I then found out about the 1.9% transaction fee on top of the monthly fee for the Flexi. Deleted immediately!
We thank you for commenting that you found the app useful. But we are confused by your comments on pricing. Our pricing is very transparent - there is a 1.9% transaction fee on the Flexi plan only (all our other plans are fixed prices). This is stated on our website, in the app store listing, and on the plan selection page in the app itself so we are unsure why you were surprised by this and point out you were able to change to a fixed priced plan if that was cheaper for you at any time.
