The Etsy integration has a lot of problems. I edited things directly on Etsy because there are many properties that can't be changed in the app. However, when it syncs, it just replaces everything I changed. If it was only a few changes overwritten, I could manage, but it's over half a dozen.

Now that they have fixed the app it finally loads and is not just a blank page. The bulk edit buttons are doubled and when you click them they don't work. The sorting doesn't work and the filters aren't working. I connected our etsy account completely, it shows up in connected marketplaces, and then after a few hours just disappears. Support before replying please review ALL of the tickets I have put in and how only 1 has been resolved. This is insane how bad this app is. It just doesn't work.

My brain just wasnt with it today and i was struggling to get this going to the point i uninstalled and tried enough app. The other apps i tried just didnt do what i wanted. So i tried this again and contacted support. Mariel R was helping me within minutes and walked me through the whole thing. Everything is no working perfect. They also explained everything beautifully so i truly understood everything i was doing instead of just mindlessly clicking buttons. Thanks heaps!

I had high hopes for this app. I've struggle trying to find one app to connect my store to all the other platforms I sell on. This fit my needs but, once I installed, I've experience nothing but issues. A poor interface, severe sync problems and a complete lack of information.

It seems to be rushed to implement. Codisto has been around awhile and I'm sure they can do better than this! Hopefully it will get better as quickly.

Revised 08 /04/2023 They contacted me about the issues I was having. They worked very hard fix and clarify the problems. In a age when most organizations would ignore the problem, they spent several days working with me to solve them!

2 issues now:

1) Etsy "Fixed Quantity" option is completely broken. it will not automatically update stock in Etsy to the fixed quantity set - you have to manually go in & tell it a different number each time you want it to update your Etsy stock. This has caused me to run out of stock 3 times now & potentially lose out on sales as a result. I've contacted customer support twice now, both of which said no issue was found & explained to me that the Etsy quantity count should indeed be automatically updating (when it is clearly not). Quite disappointed but unfortunately I don't have a better option.

2) The weight and dimensions typed for etsy integration are NOT synced to etsy as you would expect, resulting in inflated calculated shipping costs. for the sake of time savings, either you as a seller have two options - go into the old listing tool for EVERY listing and manually type in your weight and dimensions, OR change the profile to fixed to ignore weight and dimensions for shipping costs.

This took hours to determine both issues and figure out that it's a syncing issue between the apps, and customer service can do NOTHING to fix it after YOU fix the problem yourself. Meaning they have no logging and no way to debug the issue themselves, proving that they have no true dev support to maintain or fix the issues you have.

Absolutely appalled at this and unfortunately, regardless of the issues, I have no choice but to use this due to no other apps on the market that accomplish this.
