Merchants appreciate this app for its integration with various marketplaces, enabling management of listings, inventory, and orders in one place. Since Shopify has taken this over, they've destroyed the app and any work you've previously done. I had all of my settings correct and everything was working fine for months without touching it.

When Shopify took this over, here's a few things that have happened.

- It disconnected from Amazon without notifying me. Meaning that no orders were flowing causing late shipments. I almost lost my Amazon store over this.
- All of my settings were changed. So all of my custom titles, descriptions, etc. on Amazon were wiped out and overwritten with what's on Shopify.
- My rankings fell out of the sky because of the second bullet point.
- The app just stopped working and loading. It's like their API to pull in the information just broke.

The developers working on this are destroying people's stores.

We initially had some teething troubles using Codisto but these were resolved over time and the app was working great for us, our listings on eBay were listed without issue. This morning I have tried to list on eBay and everything has changed for the worse, I now do not have a clear process to list my items on eBay, the functionality is substandard to that which was in Codisto. Filtering is a joke. Why move us over to a new tool and give us less functionality than we had. This is now going to take me orders of magnitude longer to list items. I contacted Shopify support and they have not been helpful at all, very disappointed in the whole experience.

The support team has been amazing getting a large amount of my listings posted successfully! The app is also great to use. I recommend!

The app is very clunky. The sync with eBay is on-and-off. When it doesn't work, the app developer / support team has no way of figuring out why it's not working. Sync problems in turn cause other issues on eBay, including bad seller ratings due to inability to fulfil orders as a result of inaccurate listings, and shipping details not updating, leading to negative customer experience.

Shopify marketplace connects new live chat functions is second to none. super happy with the help I received. They resolved a issue I've been having for months now almost immediately !!

This app has been nothing but a headache. Support usually has no clue how to fix things, although they are usually very nice. It's unfortunate because this app is totally necessary if you sell on Walmart. It would be so simple to explain how to fix the app but seems there have been no upgrades on this app in forever. It's a pity. I wish someone that works at this app/company would actually fix it and make it work properly.

EDIT – After several support attempts — the main issues with the app still persist. Want a custom product detail page for shopify—that's awesome! But NOT awesome if you realize that EVERYTHING SYNCS TO WALMART AND THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMIZATION.
