Its nice und good simpel and small but thet is not the problem
App has amazing potential. But the customer service that comes with it is shocking. You have to wait at least a day or two to chat with anyone. They will not call or video chat with you. You're literally sending one chat at a time, so problem solving take DAYS! Its been a nightmare.

Good system to start with, I am still playing around. This is my first time using a loyalty program! it is not too difficult for a beginner, editing my review later when i find out more
I love it so far! Easy to use and super simple to implement a complete rewards program. I will continue to test and share feedback.

Fine until you get invoiced, expecting $99 and got nailed with $370 instead because apparently physical Shopify POS locations are counted as "sites". Using the same API to access the same customer information, yet trying to rip people off by charging triple?
Hard pass.

Very easy to set up. Really believe this will help out. Out of all others i have tried this was so simple.
It just doesn't look professional and looks cheap. I had 1 in 300 visitors even bother using it. Better off going a different route for me
