Beware of this company. In my experience, it appears they may be using automated bot traffic originating from Ashburn, Virginia that repeatedly logs in and out of websites, which can result in additional monthly charges regardless of the plan selected.
I believe this practice is misleading and unfair to customers. If others have experienced similar issues, I would be interested in hearing about your experiences and exploring potential legal options, including a possible class-action lawsuit.

For some clarity: our scanner does crawl your site for our security certification, but it identifies itself clearly as the TrustedSite crawler and is excluded from all of our visit tracking. You can rest assured it isn't adding to the traffic billed on your plan. Our crawler also never logs into any website, so the login activity you described would not be related to us.
Some malicious bots do disguise what they are, and on occasion, they can inflate traffic counts even with our advanced bot filtering in place. We're glad to review the traffic we've billed on your site, and we've already issued a refund for the charge while we look into it.
We'd welcome the opportunity to review the data with you directly and work toward a resolution.

It’s pointless and there is a very low limit on the trusted tab shows for the free version. 39$ a month seems way too much for a small business store

After entering all the information, the badge lasted a week or two before it stopped showing. It was a leader to get you to upgrade plan…
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. With our free plan, the floating trustmark is displayed for up to 500 website visits each month. Once that limit is reached, the badge temporarily stops showing but will automatically resume displaying at the start of the next month.

Still not seeing the trusted badge after a week. I have sent in all information over a week ago.
