Be very careful before you upgrade your account. If you ever want to downgrade back to hobby it's next to impossible unless you uninstall and you'll lose all of your imported products, even if you're below the 25 free product limit. Support will give you the run around and tell you it's not a problem, but it is.
INVENTORY SYNC ISSUES! I AM ONLY PAYING THE APP FOR THE BRANDED ITEMS! BUT ALL THE PRODUCTS SHOWS ZERO OUT OF STOCK WHEN YOU SYNC THEM ON SHOPIFY! I WANT MY FULL REFUND FOR THE WHOLE YEAR!!!
I've been operating my business for about 2 years now, and have found so much headache and heartache in sourcing, waiting, and risking it all every day to purchase inventory. With Modalyst, I'm able to free up so much time and take the guesswork out of my headspace.
Fatal and generic customer service. The providers do what they want and the custodians of the app do nothing. They only answer you with generic responses. They have you waiting 1 month saying the same thing for more than 8 times. F-

In looking at the history of your conversations with our team, it sounds like your frustration stems from the lack of clarity around how Modalyst works as a dropshipping app even though it's not listed as a distinct inventory location in your Shopify admin.

Giving this app 5 stars is an understatement. i absolutely love the easy access around the app. I recommend this app to everyone from 18 & over, i feel like the boss I am.
This app is amazing! The products that are available are of great quality. And the UI is very easy to use. I recommend Modalyst to any beginner in the drop-shipping world.
I have used this company for over 3 years and was able to get a great deal and love how they are adding new features to meet my needs. There are also great brands in this app.
In error I purchased the wrong plan and immediately asked them to refund as I didnt use it. I did not see my money returned at all.
The issue was fixed after 1 hours . It probably was a misunderstanding .

I had a chance to look at the history of conversation between you and our Support team and I think there may have been some confusion when you requested to cancel the Hobby plan -- which is our $0/month option. This is the best drop shipping app I have found for the fashion industry. Very easy to use. I can add and remove items in my Shopify store in seconds.
I have done very little drop shipping due to the fact that I don't like having the fulfillment out of my control. There is nothing more embarrassing than having an order that can not be fulfilled. But I do like to do some drop shipping because it not only helps with cash flow, but it also gives me the opportunity to experiment with different types of clothing, shoes and accessories and also different price ranges to see how the customer will respond without having to take the risk of owning the inventory.
The Modalyst app tracks inventory in real time to prevent fulfillment (out of stock) issues. Besides that, Jill and her team vet the suppliers closely and if they don't met their standards on order fulfillment they are no longer allowed on the site. I would recommend this app. Easy to install and very easy to use.
I used this app to help me build my Shopify dropshipping business because it has an array of quality products! Modalyst helped me take my dropshipping business to the next level. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to expand their products.
