I installed it today, I'm going to try it! I give it 5 stars because I like that there is a free version, If that does not change I promise to continue using it ... It looks good we will see how it works! I hope in God that it is as good as it looks!

Modalyst's customer support is hopelessly bad. Each time I write to their suctomer support I get a reply two/three days later saying that he (the customer support person) would research and get back to me soon but never does.

I recommend it a lot, handles good suppliers like Shein and Wish, this allows you to do dropshipping internationally as from Mexico

I love this app. They have awesome items. On my site I have a collection called Everything Red. I was able to fine so many red products. I can also pull items from Wish to sell.

So far it is nice. I am wishing for more of a variety of products. Also, I would like ,it to be more clear what the sellers shipping terms are before adding items to Modalyst

Good app. But needs a lot more refinement, either from Modalyst or from the suppliers.
The biggest problem I have is suppliers not providing accurate descriptions for their products. Either the description doesn't match the variant, isn't descriptive enough, or the variants/customization offer on their store isn't offered in your app.
I do like that Modalyst can seamlessly integrate product info into our Shopify stores, however, it would be great if you could integrate more info, (i.e. product sizing charts, diagrams, and other forms of media that are on the supplier's sites. That way the customer's questions are answered without having to leave negative reviews.)
Last, your chat function doesn't work that well. It lets me do a search within your help center, but I can rarely chat with an actual person.

READ!! - Will make this brief.

We just signed up for Modalyst and Kit. Had an issue with our 1st order with a supplier. I notified Jill, the owner of Modalyst, who then PERSONALLY called me to tell me she was handling the issue. She didn't just pass it off to someone else.

Owning a business and having to depend on people, there will always be issues. How you handle those issue will show the true character of your business. Even though I had an issue with our 1st order, I still give them 5 stars for the way Jill handle the situation. You can tell she truly cares for her customers and the reputation of the business.

Not to mention, THE KIT INTEGRATION IS FREAKIN AWESOME!
