If Modalyst reconsider the product price + shipment rate so that I as a retailer could gain my reasonable margin, certainly I will be back to use it. However, in some area like jewelry I believe many of those products are not worth as priced and I believe the return may increase for those products.
I have found some excellent products that fit the concept for my new business. Adding them to my Shopify store is so quick and easy!
I am going to use this app to drop ship lets see how it goes I’m pretty excited !i like the merchandise and it seems easy to manage
Lack of customer care and follow up .
Not sure, first time using it. I love the fast shipping times being offered so far but haven't used it yet.
Modalyst provides good options for curvy women, helping to expand the provisions of retail stores and reach a wider audience.
Hi Modalyst, it's my first experience with the site and I'm very excited,
The site is easy to used, very friendly and organized. The brands and products you have are of all kinds of taste and preference. The support and attention to the user are wonderful. Modalyst is amazing!
Modalyst is one of the better apps I've seen on the marketplace, meaning the app quality and usability is actually good. The problem I have with Modalyst is with their vendors/suppliers, the product they offer to Modalyst and with how bad the product data is. Most of the "premium/brand name" products only have 1 qty (always less than 3).
I contacted Modalyst support due to a product data issue, and the support team was very responsive. The vendor/supplier was a joke though. Their response was "we apologise for this inconvenience but our softwear hasn't all commodities categories. We can't change your decision but kindly note all e-commerce customers usually pay their attention at the pictures (not always at written words)."
I'm deleting the app now. What's the point of a good shopify app if the there isn't very much product to sell and especially if the product data is terrible.
It’s a nice concept, not impossible to use. I just started using it, it’s annoying that there’s a 25 product limit and the next one up is $25 for 250. The filters don’t really weed things out the way I needed it to
Worst experience ever with this app. Customer service is little to none. All they want is your money. I will be calling my bank because they mislead people into buy a subscription that you cant even use !!
