We have been using this app now for several days without any success. We are based in Scandinavia. Rates are not showing correct. Dual or confusing answers from support sometimes regarding setup and configuration. Tried for hours to connect a Thermal Printer without success thru this app. I like the idea for the app to arrange and handle freight labels thru one point but it has not worked out so far. Support seems quite fast in reply. We give this some more days. If everything not working out it is no point for us to have this app.

I tried to set it up on my own first but didn't succed but fortunatly Shashi Kumar from customer service called me and asked if I wanted any help. So professional! I love that support and he helped me get everything right and now it runs very smooth. Love this app!

I am Kan Guo, and I have been running an e-commerce business for five years. I love your APP of Multi Carrier Shipping Label; it is really awesome. He is very close to our usage scenario. But after getting to know you these days, I would like to make the following comments to you in particular and hope to modify and upgrade your program to make it more powerful. --The adjustment suggestions for Shipping Lable are as follows
1. It is necessary to modify the name in ITEM in the APP. This is because the ITEM on the website is often used to promote website keywords, but when it is used for actual shipment, it is not recognized by the customs of some countries.
2. The unit price and total price of the product must be adjusted in the APP. The reason for this is very complicated, but trust me it is very necessary. If the price cannot be modified, your APP will not be able to be used. -- Regarding the total adjustment of the transportation of dangerous goods and ordinary goods.
I noticed that your APP could define the nature of each product, including whether it is a dangerous product or chemical, etc. However, this information was not used as the basis for the final calculation of freight. We need a comprehensive algorithm that can calculate load because some transportation companies do not accept the transportation of dangerous goods. For example, when two products A and B appear in the customer's shopping cart simultaneously, A is a product with a battery, and B is a standard product.
1. When A and B belong to the same warehouse, we usually combine A and B into one package and ship it. Therefore, the package should be carried by a company that allows the transportation of dangerous goods. Thus, the APP should present to the customer a freight quotation that enables the transport of hazardous goods company. And calculate the freight based on the combined weight of A and B.
2. When A and B do not belong to the same warehouse, the App should give a comprehensive freight quotation based on the shipping addresses of A and B. The combination of A's freight and the freight of B can be presented to the customer. When shipping simultaneously, it can split an order for two or more shipments and finally print two or more shipping labels of different shipping companies. --The logical improvement of the comprehensive calculation ability of the freight of the same order issued by different products.
From my point of view, there will be multiple calculation logic. I think users should be allowed to edit their differences based on their usage habits or differences in policies and laws of countries and regions. These are my summarize; I hope you can improve your App. Thank you for your reading. Sincerely & Regards

This app allowed us to start offering multiple shipping options not afforded to us with our previous app. We were able to talk with PH associate during installation and set up which made this process much simpler. Have not used this particular app much yet. But, the PH FedEx app worked flawlessly for us in the past. So, we are confident this one will as well.

Service is incredible. Needed help, so put in a query on the help popup and had someone call right away and help me with shared screen. App looks to have everything I was missing, and remove all the annoyances I had with Shippo

Updated: Revised to 3* (happy to revise to a higher rating once the issue with local post integration gets resolved) A+ for effort, Keerthi has been very helpful in getting things sorted. FedEx now works properly but we've hit a wall with the local post office integration. The issue is not all entirely with PluginHive, as the local post should making sure the correct information is being used. Basically if your local post has suspended and resumed different services over time due to COVID, there's a chance the app will pull up services that are still suspended for the destination country. You can get around it temporarily with automated rules, but as I've mentioned to the team that's not a reliable way as available mail services could change at any time. Still a work in progress. --------------------
9/29: I liked the idea of what this app was meant to accomplish. I was previously using "Ship Rate and Track", also by PluginHive which worked really well for FedEx. I switched to "PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label" as I wanted to set up a connection with my local post office. It's now been over 5 hours since I installed this app and we (myself and support), have yet to configure a working connection with the local post and the FedEx rates now no longer work. The UI is not that friendly and despite the emails claiming support will call to assist in sorting this out, they've just literally gone quiet. Great if you're able to make it work, but now I've gone from having a shipping service that was working, to none. Needless to say, not very happy with the lack of communication!

I am sure this app is great if it works, but support were unable to get it working for me and didn't seem to interested in working with me to resolve the issue.

The problem was with the extra "0000”s in the account number configuration. After removing the additional zeroes, we were able to generate a label successfully.
