I use this app to have my site in two languages and it works very well. i have been using it for months now and each time i had an issue i contacted thorsten and the answer and solution were always very very quick, usually less than half an hour and most of the time few minutes. And yesterday was an other of this day so today i decided to take 5 minutes to write a review...so thank you multilingo and keep going...
Once I understood how the application works it was really easy. I haven't come across anything that can't be translated either inherently within the software, or by a custom variable. I wanted to tweak how my language toggle appeared and customer service was amazing and fixed it right up for me! Really happy with this app!
I highly recommend Multi Lingo to all of you. They are awesome, professional, patient to users!!!!!!

I installed this into my store & started adding Languages. I had a problem, once I reached a certain # of languages, and emailed support - they fixed it in less than one business day, and now all our languages come up.
The app is really easy to use and well worth the $5.99 per month. Their Tech Support is very responsive.
I would recommend it to my friends and other business owners I know...
App works very well - easy to connect and use.
The customer service is staggering - had numerous questions and they helped out within hours !

Great app that has worked well for our site. The support has been superb where Thorsten has been more than helpful resolving everything promptly and successful. I also liked the manual provided with the app explaining all the tools. Recommended!
This is for sure the best app for translation! All eCommerce store should use this app! And yes, it translate your checkout! The staff is really nice and really helpful if you need help! Don't think, get it!

I had to coordinate a bunch of different moving pieces and these guys were simply amazing to work with. Customer service is just awesome. App is great, haven't had any issues and I don't think there is anything on our site or that we added to our site that we couldn't arrange translation for. Very happy!
If the basic language was set in English and the access area was in Korea, I would like to set the initial language in Korean, what should I do? The language was provided in Korean and English, and the basic language was set in English. However, when I access from outside Korea, I want to mark it in English, and when I access from Korea, I want to set it up in Korean. Is there a way to do it?
