Great support from Lilit, even on the weekend. At first sight, the app seems to be doing what it's supposed to do. Don't expect professional translations, that's not what it's built for. But it's good to start out with when you're tapping into new geo's and need to get proof of concept first, before having everything translated professionally.

I've only been using the app for a week but just for the support team, you should definitely chose this app. The live chat is a gift from heaven (no cap) and the team will solve your problems in a matter of minutes! My girl Rita was a big help for customization, thanks a lot again!!

The beta pop up is great, just one slight issue. when using it from a mobile device it opens up wider than the screen with, which prevents you from seeing the other language. It might be better to keep it as a simple scroll like the top other options.

Great job of support from Elen. She spent several hours with my problem, installed a translator for my site. Everything was done with patience and courtesy. I'm not the most advanced user of technical solutions, and if it wasn't for Elen's help, I wouldn't have coped on my own.
