Navidium has been great! The model of shipping protection by the company rather than a 3rd party insurer makes a lot of sense, and the team at Navidium helped us install and customize our app completely so we can provide the best customer experience possible. They're a must-add to any store!
We used Route and they tried to bully us into staying with them after we changed. Navidium is a much more beneficial solution for us. We process tens of thousands of orders every year but were only getting about 10 claims per year through Route, and they would deny 2-3 of them and piss off the customer! We would end up replacing them at our expense anyway to keep the customer happy. With Navidium, we still get the process automated, but we realize a significant chunk of money above and beyond and replacement costs. Highly recommend.
Navidium Shipping Protection has worked well for our small business. I only wish it didn't show up as a product as most people do 'opt in' it will generally be in your top three with no way to filter it out of an actual store product vs shipping protection.
Navidium was easy to install, easy to use, and gets what need done so seamlessly. The team is also very helpful in making sure the implementation works and is an easy UX for the customer. Navidium is also very open to communication and feedback, taking into consideration new ideas and features that could make the app even better.
Amazing App, no other like it . Every shopify store owners dream. It have take control of the customer experience again when it comes to post sale delivery issues. Over a positive experience to our stores.
We are over the moon with Navidium! It is a brilliant app that makes damaged, lost or stolen package claims easy peasy to process while providing extra revenue for our business, instead of taking said revenue from us.
The app is user-friendly and the claims process is intuitive and takes barely a minute to complete.
Before choosing this app we researched other choices and found Navidium's feedback and overall business strategy to be the most beneficial for our business and customers. To date, it has not disappointed but rather, overdelivered.

Great company. Left Route to go with Navidium. Why let another company make all the revenue of fees charged when we're doing all the work. I like the Navidium model of letting me keep all the revenue. We have very little issues with shipping but when it does the revenue we have made more than easily covers replacing any orders on our own. Their team is fast if you need assistance with install or if any problems arise.
Navidium is an excellent app. So much better then Route and others. You get to control the pricing and keep all the profits. You are not an insurance company, you are offering an internal protection plan. Completely legal. Do not let Route scare you into thinking you are going to get in trouble!
Fantastic app. prior to finding this app we were working with route but were repeatedly unhappy with their claims process. Using route lead to customer service issues that we felt were difficult to resolve in a three-way relationship between us, route, and the customer. We had already made the decision to leave route when stumbling across Navidium more than a year ago. This app facilitates inhouse management of shipping protection and was able to not only replace route but to greatly improve our claims mangagement process directly with our customers. In addition we were able to increase revenue and increase our margin. A true win-win.
