I think it's better than the Shopify Inbox app ! We took it as an alternative to the Shopify App and are very happy with it. Very good insant support!

I just added this plugin, and it was fairly easy to install and design. It had a few bugs at first in its interface, but Kevin was so helpful every step of the way, and figured out a solution to any problem that would pop up. Great service, I would recommend!
