It was disappointing to discover after registration that our Shopify plan needs an upgrade to use this app effectively. Specifically, the app requires 'carrier-calculated shipping,' which wasn't clearly stated upfront. To make matters worse, the 'Learn More' link led to a 404 page error. On a positive note, their support team was very responsive when we reached out, though we haven't been able to actually test the app yet.

We've used NetParcel on our Shopify store from the start, around three years now, and we've been really happy. It offers real time rates during checkout for CanadaPost and a number of couriers, and it's easy to configure and use. Set it and forget it.

Great app that plugs in with Shopify quite nicely. My only small gripe is the inconsistency in how their invoicing appears to come in different formats.
Simple to use with the Shopify integration, better rates on shipping than the competition and a huge increase in orders being shipped out. And excellent customer service too!
The support for lost packages from NetParcel is NON EXISTENT! DO NOT USE THIS APP! Super disappointed with the lack of support from netparcel when opening a claim or a ticket. They do literally nothing to help, and you can't go direct to the courier because the sender is netparcel.
Very practical. Prompt client service. Install in a breeze. Prices are very competitive and choice of carriers is great.

We have been using Netparcel now for several years and have been very happy with the service. They offer very competitive rates and gives you multiple options of carriers to ship with. It's also very convenient that the service also works when shipping to the US as well. You can also use netparcel even if you do not have a shopify website which is a big plus. 10/10
