Shiela has been extremely helpful in helping set up the Okendo integration with our site. She has been extremely responsive (even at odd hours) and very patient with all the requests I had for her. Her team never seized to amaze me as they made sure to address every concern I had and make our Okendo experience amazing! Highly recommend this app, not only for its functionality but also for its caring team.

Best Review App on Shopify! I have used the most expensive review app and free ones. Okendo is the best platform to use. You have all the features and more to have a properly functioning review system at a fraction of the cost of competition. I recommend Okendo to anyone with a shopify store.

Upgrading our review platform to Okendo has been a great decision! We received great support from the team for the initial set up, and especially liked that the Okendo team took care of making the changes needed to have the app integrate seamlessly into our Shopify theme. The other two features that are a plus for us is the Klaviyo integration to collect reviews via email and having the ability to offer an incentive to submit photo/video content.
