After looking at literally *every* review app on the app store (including ones starting with Y, J, L, S - you name it...which took days!) and preparing to accept many compromises, I came across Okendo and it is hands down the best review app there is. Simple to use with the ability to easily moderate reviews and reward customers. A big shout out as well to Josh. My widgets weren't displaying correctly (due to some bad code in my theme) and he was able to fix it via chat. He also explained how to get store reviews to come up and then helped me set them up. I couldn't have asked for more.
Amazing customer service - Amor has been extremely helpful in helping me set up the app for our shop. The interface is easy to use and I love all its unique features.

Scott & the APAC team had looked after us from day 1 as a Shopify Plus merchant. We felt well looked after and they responded to any questions we had very quickly. Waste of time. Okendo is bugged app with not working sequences. They are refusing to help. Completely the worst customer support ever.

I wasn't convinced 100% to use it but after doing some testing on it and dealing with their support team, I changed my mind and will go with full confidence with Okendo. Highly recommended
