Omnisend is just an excellent marketing app; if you are stuck and need help fixing problems, the Omnisend support team is always available. Whenever I got stuck, I chatted online and got the solution every time. I highly recommend it because it's so easy to use and, most importantly, its team is impressive, as I know Deniz, Nikola, Olesia and Yuliia. I really appreciate your work. Just migrated from Mailchimp, so far I'm loving it. In fact, I can now stop using other apps for creating forms and such. It's very user friendly, so I recommend it 100%
I don't know how many apps I've tried and uninstalled since finding this one. But, I LOVE this app! It has helped my campaigning so much more than Mailchimp. I love that this app is an all in one app with added features for pop ups and other marketing. I highly recommend. I am still currently on my trial before upgrading to premium. It's well worth it!

Better and clearer than Mailchimp. I think it is cheaper as well. I find myself able to create quicker emails, and it allows for automation. I can auto-tag people who sign up through a specific sign up form, which is GREAT. Downside... I cannot seem to be able to create a thin and trim email capture that could blend in with a page. All capture forms are big, or landing pages. We're working with it though.
I just switched over to this app and so far, I am so very pleased. First, it is super easy to use. I set up several automations very easily and just completed my first campaign. I am also impressed with the dashboard that tells me who has visited and where they landed. I am looking forward to exploring Omnisend more and jut know it will increase my revenue.
Customer support is awesome, always on hand and responsive. Luiz and the team are top stuff. Really help me navigating using the tool Highly recommend!
