So far so good just scheduled our GDPR email to go out this morning. Moving over contacts from Shopify was seamless.
Update have been using for a week and no glitches. Sent out 1st newsletter using Omnisend much easier than Mailchimp

Omniscend is user friendly with many features to offer a successful email marketing campaigns-form and automation. The staff were professional and helpful with any issues I had with the app.
I put the wrong website address on my campaign. I copied the campaign and changed it to the corrected website address. Then I sent the revised campaign to my email customers. The corrected website shows, but when I click on it, it takes me to the original wrong website. I gave 5 stars anyway though my problem hasn't been resolved.
