I have had a great experience with Omnisend and any time I have come across a challenge the customer service team have been fantastic. Quick responses, polite and patient. Particularly grateful for Beran's help with an issue. It is reassuring to know there is help at help if you need it.

I've been using Omnisend for a while, it is very easy to setup, use, create automations and emails. Plus, customer support is another story, they are extraordinary, very kind, ready to help and they keep following up with you until you get satisfied!
