The support team is so great!!! They have always gotten back to me super fast and they have always been able to fix any issues I have run into promptly.
The support provided by Siva was fantastic. 2 hours of support! He managed to resolve my problem and we have a workaround to use their app to serve my purpose.
Very well thought out, with so many customizations and features possible to suit your delivery/pickup needs. Customer support is also top notch! Updated to add that I have on several occasions been in touch with customer support, and they have all been fabulous. I reached out to customer support about an issue I was having with my online store with the date/time picker. The lady who helped me was able to go in the backend of the store and override some issues in order for it to work again. My store is back to normal again, and it was all with the great customer service support I received. Thank you so much!
I was having issues with disabling express checkout and contacted support. They were able to quickly resolve the issue!
I changed to use this app as the previous provider had too many glitches and didn't really assist me to rectify the issue. LogBase provided me with clear instructions when setting up the app to integrate my with my store and then immediately jumped on a zoom call with me to help me with the rest of the issues that I was facing. I highly recommend them and their excellent customer service.
