Great app and awesome support! Definitely recommend if you want to add pickup and delivery to your store.
The support team goes above and beyond to make sure their application works best for your theme. They have a great communication system that allows you to schedule Zoom calls for initial set-up and/or questions. This application has been so helpful for our store after we changed to a new curbside pick-up model.
Great customer service- Raj Kumar was excellent and very helpful in setting up the app and helping answering my questions!! GREAT SERVICE!!!

Got to say hands down some incredible technical support with these guys. Was on a tight deadline and experienced some issues - they got back to me within 6 hours and basically ran through everything from start to finish to make sure all was working.

This app is just what I need to automate the pick-up/local delivery scheduling for my small business. I have tried a few different related apps, and none of them provide the utmost helpful customer support that LogBase's app does. Before I review this app I would like to give a shout out to the tech(Padma) that got on zoom with me and helped me set everything up! WOW. I have never had customer service like this in my life. She took care of everything I asked for and found several other things that could improve the app/customer experience that I didn't even think to ask. I would give this customer service experience 10 stars. This app is everything I was looking for. It offers all the variants for my local business: local delivery, local pick-up, and the many time slots and windows and cut-off times that I needed. I highly recommend this app to biz owners that handle all their own deliveries and pick ups.
