Hit a Liquid issue with typed metafields rendering blank in our custom invoice template.
Keanu in support went into the store with collaborator access, identified the actual cause within the hour (turned out to be the top-10 pinned metafield rule), confirmed correct syntax, and pointed us to native Shopify variables we could use to free up metafield slots. Calm, precise, no scripted loop.
Highly recommended for any store doing custom invoice work.
This app deleted over a dozen collections in our store due to what they called a "bug."
When we reached out to support, their response was shockingly dismissive. They sent us an incomplete historical list of collections (going back 13 years) and basically told us it was our problem and to fix it ourselves. Zero compensation for the many hours we had to spend manually recreating everything and fixing the errors their bug caused.
This level of carelessness combined with terrible customer support makes this app a serious risk for any store. Save yourself the headache and look for a different order printer solution (or better yet, pester Shopify to provide this basic service with their platform). Terrible experience. Would not recommend.
We needed a fix - urgently, for our commerical invoices going to the US market. Our carrier totally left us in the lurch, but the team at Order Printer Pro / Shop Circle helped to create and launch a new document template in no time at all.
It was super quick and totally painless. We rely on our sales to the US and clear commercial invoices with the correct HS and HTS codes was proving to be impossible.
