Order Printer Pro: PDF Invoice

We've been using this app for a few years and we are more than happy. Very easy to set up custom templates. The support is very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I uploaded it and watched the walkthrough video - but the 'manage templates' section looked very different in the video compared to how it looks in my Shopify admin, and there does not seem to be any way to customise the look of the emails unless you know code. Am I missing something?

We've been using Order Printer Pro for a while now to create our own delivery notes, quotes, labels and POS signage, and it's made a real difference to how smoothly things run behind the scenes. The template editor is genuinely easy to get to grips with, even for custom layouts, which has let us tailor everything to fit our own branding and workflow rather than making do with something generic.
Whenever we've hit a snag or had a question, the support team have been quick to respond and always sorted us out properly rather than fobbing us off with a stock answer. Highly recommended for any Shopify store that wants proper control over their printed documents.

I reached out because a feature I rely on—the ability to edit the invoice preview before printing—had suddenly stopped working. Chelsea quickly explained that it had been disabled in a recent update and re-enabled it for my store within minutes.

Order Printer customer service was so helpful with a very frustrating issue that I was having with split shipments. I am technologically stunted and they were patient with me and resolved the issue quickly. I reached out to them late in the evening, they needed some time to figure out the issue. I woke up in the morning with an email outlining everything I needed to do and within minutes it was resolved. I am so grateful! Incredible customer service!!!

I do enjoy this app, doesn't have all the bells and whistles but I have been using for 4 years now and they are very responsive! I would recommend.

The technical team is awesome, and multiple times have come quickly to help me solve an issue. within minutes. 10/10 customer support. I am a loyal customer now. Doriannys helped me manually force an update to solve a small issue i had, and it was fixed in like 30 seconds. Then she helped me code a custom solution on our invoice template. This app works great, it is perfect for VAT invoices, or any custom invoices and packing slips. The few little issues we have had have been sorted immediatley, you can't ask for any more than that.

Would definitely recommend Order Printer Pro.
