I never leave reviews but this really deserved one. I was struggling to get US customs info on our commercial invoice and Nicolas was SO helpful. He managed to walk me through simple solutions and helped me make prompt changes to make our invoices look perfect. Great customer support which saved me tons of hours. Thank you !

Prompt and efficient assistance rendered when I needed help with changes to the Logo, address and thank you message. Anne was friendly and assisted with the updates across all templates in a breeze. Having customized invoices is so nice and they look so professional. Tying in platform icons (Amazon, Etsy, etc.) makes everything look polished, and easy for the customer to recognize their purchase (since we fulfill directly). We've been so happy with the usability and look. Highly recommend this app for making invoices easy and professional.

Great support team, very helpful and they resolve any problems you have very fast. They also try to do any coding you need for templates which is always greatly appreciated. I use the app every single day to print off delivery notes. We also use a feature to attached a link to order confirmations and shipping confirmations to allow our business customers to download invoices. They also allow you to edit invoices/delivery notes on the fly as you are printing them off which is helpful when shipping partial orders. Great app. Zero complaints.
