Was able to get custom template and support helped to easier modify how we wanted the layout with some simple code change within minutes. Very happy with it and quick easy professional packing slips, invoices and multiple options when we want them.

I recently migrated my online and retail store to Shopify. After 13 years of doing things one way, the experience has been overwhelming, to say the least. It's been eye-opening having to deal with so many app developers to fix so many inconsistencies with the Shopify experience. I needed a professional way to provide my customers with a professional looking invoice when I ship my orders and for my POS clients. Frustrated by having to pay extra for a service for this (when it should be included in Shopify), I downloaded Order Printer and played with the settings a little. Not expecting a whole lot of help, I sent a note over to FORSBERG+two requesting info on how I could change a couple things. Refreshingly, they quickly logged in and re-wrote special coding for me (twice!) that entirely changed the invoice structure that served my business perfectly. I can't say enough good things about Esteban and the team over there. This is the best $10 a month I think I'll ever spend. I'm a believer.

We have been using this APP for the last few months to generate all our Shopify PDF invoices and are very happy with the smooth integration into Shopify.

The templates are very nice and clean-looking, and the integrated PDF-invoice download link in our shipping confirmations makes the invoice download extremely convenient for all our customers!

This past week, we had an issue caused by our ETSY integration module not providing VAT values on the invoices, and the team of FORSBERG+two helped us within a few hours with a custom template. Problem solved!!

Very nice and simple app that allows you to generate professional invoices and integrate a download button to any automated email or confirmation page. But also Credit Notes, Return Forms and Packing slips are possible. We're are a store from Germany, which by default is always a pain when it comes to invoices. Order Printer Pro's Invoice App allowed us to automate the invoice process that led to an increasing number of customer service requests before.

The default templates are easy to modify, if you have just a bit of understanding of the coding structure and are not afraid of touching these things (make a copy of the default code before!).

The app is good. Not perfect, but very good. It does what we need and then some. It takes a little bit to get the hang of. What really makes this app AMAZING is the support. We are using it along side SparkLayer for wholesale invoicing, and had some issues with how discounts were displayed.

Not an issue with the app itself, but an issue caused by how discounts are used to create wholesale price lists in SparkLayer. Over a 2 day period multiple CS folks from OPP worked to get us a solution , re coded our templates and did it cheerfully. Service doesn't get better than this. Highly recommended!

This app is extremely handy, we use it every day and it works superbly. We use this app with their other app F+2: Order Printer Templates, after needing to find a new order printing service. Not only are their templates very reasonably priced for the amount of use you will get out of them, but the customization on them is incredible. Printing through their app is extremely easy too, and lets you decide what template you want to print what order on, so if there's anything that would differ orders between different order sheet templates, this is great to use. If you're printing a lot of order sheets or invoices, I would highly recommend this app.

I have used this to make my invoices for years with a template I created. Excellent look and functionality. Recently when Shopify introduced "Shopify Taxes", I had 5 lines of local taxes on one invoice (California)!
After emailing them they got back to me almost immediately, and wrote new code for my template that combines all taxes to one line. Now the invoice looks nice and is not confusing.

The app solve the daily operations about CS enquiries for the order receipt. The "Automated PDFs" fuction helped to generate a hyperlink text in your Shopify's notification emails, which is very convenient! The helpdesk is very responsive and helpful, answering all your enquiries in a timely manner. Impressive. The only thing is that if you are not good at HTML coding, you might encounter some difficulties when setting up your template. Turn to the helpdesk and they will sort it out for you. It will be perfect if the app can provide more user friendly templates, like another app this developer own - Order Printer Templates (chargeable for template purchase), which is much easier to use.

Am super happy with my experience with this app so far. Have been using it for weeks now and everything works fine. I contacted the support today to get help with having different invoice templates depending on the country / location of my customer. I got immediate help by Salome and her team and will now thankfully try to implement the solution, but am sure I would get additional help if needed (:

The team has been so helpful. I had hired someone to code a custom invoice and packing list for me and he was unable to complete the project and due to time constraints, I decided to DIY it.
I have enough HTML knowledge to get myself in trouble but had no knowledge of CSS or liquid code. Through the support of Esteban, David, and the rest of the team, I have been able to troubleshoot and build out invoices and packing lists that match my templates almost exactly!
