Works like a charm! No troubles at all :)
This app is good but it is incredibly unreliable especially on Safari browser. It constantly stops working so it's a real headache especially when we have lots of orders to fulfil. Today the print button disappeared for both Safari and Firefox browsers on all of our machines. Will need to find a more reliable alternative.
Thanks for reaching out about this! We experienced an issue with the app on Dec.18th which resulted in the "print" button missing from the app, and this has now been fully resolved. If it's still not working for you, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache. I'd also recommend using the app (and the platform in general) in Google Chrome, as it tends to function best there. Simple app but does exactly what it promises
The Print button has disappears whenever we try to print > than 1 order as of today. As far as we can tell this error occurs due to a JavaScript error in the https://orderprinter.shopifyapps.com/assets/sections/order_details_helper-.js file. Specifically if (titleBarData.buttons.secondary.length) { secondaryButtonsConfig = []; titleBarData.buttons.secondary.forEach(function (config) { secondaryButtonsConfig.push({ label: config.label, callbackHandler: function callbackHandler() { (0, __commoner_module__app$assets$javascripts$foundations$app_bridge_wrapper_js.navigateToAbsoluteURL)(config.href); } }); }); } titleBarData appears null. Let's hope this gets fixed ASAP

Is easy to use and customizable. I can't complain.
Work fine up to last week, redirects me to the app page or pull up the wrong invoice so really need to check before printing. What's happened?
Now it has been working fine so I update my rating.
I used this app for some time and love it. Recently, I had a small issue and reported it. Issue was resolved very quickly - much appreciated and thank you! Very satisfied.

I used this app without any issues for 2 years, and now all of a sudden it will not work! Very frustrating. Hopefully whatever the issue is worked out.
