App is selective about what it prints. We select say 30 orders, but the app only prints 15. We then have to waste time working out what has and hasn't been printed. We also risk missing orders which is very costly for us.
Brilliant app. It tidies up the actual invoicing and makes them look very professional.
The app is broken. When you own a small business you need systems that are reliable. Shopify should have it's own print order system, we shouldn't have to go to an outside app this is like kindergarten math for Shopify. Now this order printer app doesn't even work. Huge waste of time and energy trying to figure this out.
This app was awesome until a recent update. Now the print button won't work meaning that I can no longer print invoices from either the Shopify app, or the web version. I've been in touch with Shopify who are apparently looking into the issue. It's now been 6 days and I can't print an invoice. Come on people, this is a basic necessity of any business. Something is wrong with the coding somewhere, please sort it out.

While we did experience an issue with the print button on October 19th, this was resolved the same day. If you are still unable to print, then it sounds like your browser and app may be caching the error. I recommend clearing your cache and perhaps rebooting your router if you haven't already done so. I'm also going to send you an email shortly to see if the issue has been resolved. If you're still unable to print, we can continue troubleshooting via email together. We have been using this app for over a year and its brilliant and its free. We had a problem because it stopped working tonight but we just logged in and out of shopify and its working again. I think this app is great and its free. Dont leave bad reviews- just turn it OFF & ON and it will work! One glitch in 12 months come on this is a cool app!

Loved this app until it hasn't worked for us on our iPad for over a week, and we opened 2 support tickets with no assistance. Anyone have anything that worked to get it to print from the iPad? It works on the computer, but we are a store front, and employees don't have a computer in our store every day. We've always printed from the iPad and for the last week+ the iPad gives an error message that says Oops! There was a problem loading Order Printer. I've tried clearing cache/cookies, uninstalling and reinstalling, and those tricks worked for my computer but not the iPad. Any assistance would be wonderful! Thanks!
Gret app but not working for 2 days now....ANY UPDATES SHOPIFY???
Great app.....I actually don't always use it though. The only time I use it is if I have over 5 orders I have to fulfil. If I don't I just use Shopify's order fulfilment.
