I have been using this app for awhile now but the last few times I've noticed it's not printing all my invoices causing delays in getting orders out to customers in a timely manner. There's no pattern in the ones it misses it seems to just pick and choose. Also I would love it if you could print over 50 at a time. I usually get 200+ orders at once and it's kind of a pain.

App stopped working on any of my HP computers only MAC. Brought it to Shopify Attn and no one has gotten back to me. Major inconvenience.

Doesn't run on Safari 12.0 (macOS 10.14 Mojave). Seriously? I'm surprised that this app is having issues with the new version of Safari.

So now what do I do?

Not working at all today. never had this problem before but I have many orders to fullfill and I cant. Error message says "will take a look at it soon"

The address area would be better if it was always in the same place so that when folded it shows in the address windows of typical parcel packaging.
Also the address, when printed, does not show as it does when displayed on screen. It would be better to have adress1 and adress2 lines appear on separate lines in the printed invoice as they do when displayed on the screen.
For most people what they bought is the most important thing, but the area of the invoice printer allowed for this is too small, so that any multiple items on the order end up flowing onto another page.
I have made some changes to the code to get closer to what I need. As a free add on it's great, but I will be looking for something more functional.

Does what it says. Wish you could add your logo to the invoice just by uploading a picture when you print it though. I cannot pay someone to do it in html or liquid.
I also notice when you print an order invoice, it also prints the url of the order at the top right of the page... It looks unprofessional and bizarre.

Great app, it will be 5 stars if the template editor can be done through graphical interface instead html but it's FREE and works very well, therefore 100% recommended
