Outfy is truly a miracle workhorse for creating and pushing inviting content to your social media. I used to do my own video editing/production for my store and it could take hours - no more. I have saved so much time I actually took a break one day ha! Seriously, outstanding app.
I had the $70 plan and I didn’t have any issues with the app. However I did find a company that does the same thing for half the price. So I canceled my plan before July 1st. I was still charged the $70. No problem I figured I should just be able to contact Outfy and get a refund. They acknowledged my email once and that was basically it. I have not used the service in July AT ALL. It seems that I will be losing out on $70, because I received an email that the ticket for my issue was closed. I just want to warn others. The app isn’t bad but like I said there are other companies that provide the same services for half the price. Do your research!
I puis recommend it but I think only the free version for now. I want to upgrade but all the things I need are in the most expensive version and as a small biz I can’t afford that right now.
There are some tweaks that could be made I have noticed already.
I'm impressed with their professionally done short videos to post on popular social media. Makes my life easier. Highly recommended for new starters, takes care of your social posts automatically while you focus on other important matters.

Overall ok product. Images, GIFs are good. Captions are good. Video wise has more room for improvement. instead of adding ust raw images , need some stock images related to product or movie videos. Just Raw images looks monotonous. For the cost may be Linkedin should be integrated. Looking for more features.

Crap service. says media templates outdated and no one knows which all outdated. Customer service needs 15 hrs to find out. what a crap and such hefty charges. Stay away from this crapy app.
Great way to automate posts with plenty of options & customization.
This is a very useful tool. I am starting out and the fact that they have a free option is great. I look forward to growing my shop so I can upgrade and use the full potential of this app.
I would like to update this review. After posting negative reviews on Trustpilot and Shopify, I was contacted by the President of Trustpilot who apologised for the issue with me getting a refund and processed a return of my funds that day. I am grateful for this and have increased my score for the company. However, I will not remove the review as they requested since I have read that many others have had the exact same issue I had. It's a shame because the product itself is genuine and quite good. Their business practices, however, leave a lot to be desired.

Extremely dishonest company to deal with. I downloaded and signed up for the trial version about 3 weeks ago. I used it for a couple of days and signed up for a run through with the company because I had some questions before I committed to buying the software.
The day before our meeting, I was contacted by the person who was going to be working with me to answer my questions, stating that they were not well and wanted to reschedule.
Of course, I agreed to this but the rescheduled date was a couple of days past my 7-day trial so I wrote and asked if we could extend the trial after that time. I never heard back.
On the 7th day - 2 days before our meeting, I was charged for the entire year! I immediately contacted them and asked for a refund. I have been promised this refund several times since. In fact, Kumar at the company promised me 2 days ago that he was putting the refund through that day.
NOTHING!
I am filing a dispute via my credit card company but wanted to let people know that they are not trustworthy - not as far as my experience has gone anyway.
