Utilizzo Packlink Pro già da qualche anno, mi trovo molto bene. Ora che ho creato il mio negozio qui su shopify trovo l'implementazione a packlink pro un servizio molto utile, in particolare è stato semplice fare il collegamento. Brunella E. la mia responsabile account è stata molto gentile e disponibile e mi ha seguito nelle fasi di creazione del primo ordine. Professionalità e competenza distinguono da sempre questo servizio per le spedizioni.
App perfetta per il nostro e-commerce. Semplice e intuitiva da utilizzare. Mi è capitato di aver bisogno di assistenza: veloci e precisi. La consiglio.
Muy satisfechos con el servicio de Packlink para los envíos de nuestro e-commerce, con buena integración con Shopify. Posibilidad de escoger entre varios servicios y tarifas a precio competitivo, y un excelente servicio al cliente.
Très bonne application et avec un sav excellent et en français, je recommande fortement l'installation
Chloe l'account manager m'a énormément aidé et conseillé pour l'installation de l'application, ce qui m'a fait décider à changer de plateforme d'expédition pour celle-ci. L'application fonctionne bien mais le SAV est lent à répondre même s'il solutionne le problème.
Je recommande.
applicazione ben funzionante, il mio referente Ciro Immobile è davvero disponibile. Trovo comoda e chiara la possibilità di vedere i prezzi dei vari corrieri e i tempi di consegna in un'unica schermata.
Unico aspetto che credo sia da migliorare è la possibilità di scegliere la fascia oraria in cui far passare il corriere per la presa
