Estoy utilizando esta aplicación y por ahora va muy bien. A veces cuesta que atiendan el teléfono, pero una vez que atienden son muy resolutivos. Carmen me ha ayudado mucho.

Servicio de 10 por parte de mi gestor Antonio, antes y durante la instalación. Posteriormente hice 6 envíos y 4 de ellos perfecto, en los otros dos tuve dos incidencias que me solucionaron muy rápidamente.

Uso questa app da 2 mesi per spedire i prodotti del mio negozio fisico in tutta Italia, mi è stato affidato un referente personale che mi segue in ogni mia necessità con estrema gentilezza e cortesia (Eleonora), mi piacerebbe aumentare il volume di affari magari diventando un punto di ritiro tutto Packlink! L'app è semplice, rapida ed intuitiva nell'utilizzo! La consiglierei? SI, DECISAMENTE!
