Trato muy cercano y profesional.
En principio la aplicación parece buena. La respuesta de Antonio Funes del servicio técnico ha sido excelente sobre todo por la rapidez en la respuesta y la claridad de las explicaciones.
La única pega que veo es que por el tipo de plan que tengo en shopify (el básico de 29usd) el cliente no podrá seleccionar el transportista.

Funciona magnificamente, ademas que facilita todos los envios de una manera sorprende. Lo mejor es el servicio tecnico, extremadamente amables y te ayudan en todo! A mi me ayudo Eleonora Tacchi, y fue genial, hablamos en ingles, italiano y español. Por telefono me ayudo a configurar mi cuenta y a resolver todas mis dudas. De verdad que es la mejor!!!
I like the app but there are a few issues with it. i send large, heavy boxes so if a customer chooses two or three of them then it expects me to send it as one which isn't possible with 20kg boxes. If you send to different countries and you use a vat exempt service for their eori code (business to business) then you loose the vat on the postage too. I have contacted me rep about that but i am not sure where he has gone as i have no response from the last few emails. Sometimes the post code needs to have a space in it ,as well to make it work . hHving said that the postage is good value for money, the customer gets to choose from lots of different services. the collection is very handy and i find the app very easy to use
