I have very little background in building web pages (minor Wordpress stuff), and none on Shopify, but I was able to figure this out without too painful a learning curve. There are still things I don't understand, and there were a few things I needed to do that required custom code additions. Some I was able to find in the PageFly templates, and others I was able to get from chat support, which is excellent and friendly. The person I chatted with, Angel, was quick to respond, go right to the point, and even went into my account himself to add some custom code and make something work the way I wanted it to. You can't beat that!

I like how simple and intuitive the platform is for the consumer to build a coming soon page on their own. Also the consumer service is very kind and patient. I had an issue that took me forever to figure our how to solve but with the live chat feature I was able to get help instantly. I was connected with a rep whose name is Nora. They did not only fix my issue but recorded their steps so I can know how to fix the issue if I was to run into in again in the future.

I really like how easy it is to use and it really takes your website to the next level. I think what sets this apart though truly is the customer service also. I am a newbie at this and have had to reach out for help a number of times already - Each time someone on live chat has helped me there and then and fixed Tech Issues - If they were unable to help, they referred it to their Developers who have then helped - Everything I have needed help with, they have 100% done. Absolutely second to none!
