I disagree with all the 5 star reviews as well as the numerous online reviews and articles commending PageFly. I attempted to create a page to promote my rewards program and experienced nothing but trouble. When inserting images into the allocated blocks they appeared distorted and trying to use the side panel tools to add/reduce spacing etc just made it worse. PageFly should provide recommended image sizes for each block to save time fart arsing around. Even trying to get the main page banner to show completely was troublesome and the whole page ended up looking like a dogs breakfast, not to mention I wasted a day and got nowhere. I do not recommend this app because it is complicated to use and not user friendly at all. I gave Layouthub a whirl it is far superior in my opinion and much easier to use.

I think im really good at figuring things out, and I wanted to move the landing page I had built in to a simplified version with Pagefly. Dont Do It. The edits don't apply between views (desktop, mobile, tablet) and it's super frustrating.

Customer service is great, the app is great since shopify themes don't give you enough options, I'm waiting on new sections and layouts updates.

I liked how easy it was to add Product Collections, but the app is way too buggy. Would have been a nightmare, since I'm constantly developing new landing pages. I switched to GemPages, which works better and seems to have all the same functionality. No more frustration.

I do not have a lot of experience. And your agent was very helpful and guided me thru the process so I can understand. Im certain I am annoying since I am not tech smart. But he was kind the entire time. I look forward to creating a lot of cool things.

One of the most reassuring features an app can have is their customer service. This app is just amazing! Not only is it super easy to design exactly what you want but whenever I've had the smallest of problems, the customer service has been absolutely amazing. The response time is super fast and they've explained the step by step so clearly. Even sending videos/screenshots of my store back to me so I 100% understand how to solve the issue. Couldn't recommend this app more!
