The customer service is fantastic and the implementation into Shopify is easy and seamless. I desperately wish they had an auto approval feature where the return labels were automatically available in the customer return portal but hopefully they will implement this feature asap.

Once an item has been refunded in Shopify why do i have to then go back in to returns panel and action it again in there - its a pain and just more admin

Great to know - Parcel Panel Cares about there Users. Customer Support is awesome. Instant Response. I would like to recommend Parcel Panel 100% to those - who are having hard time managing there returns.
Customer service is excellent, and the Shopify integration is straightforward.
However, the customer flow is only seamless when the refund is returned to the original payment method. When selecting discounts, store credit, or other alternatives, the flow duplicates the shipping requirements and incorrectly totals the refund instead of applying the chosen discount.
