This app is freaking awesome and it won't cost you a dime! To begin with, the ability to customize return reasons and even include pictures is something that shopify seriously missed out on. And if that weren't enough, they also give you the option to offer exchanges and store credit as refund option to your customers. It's like the icing on the cake! And as if that weren't enough, this app is the secret behind hassle-free returns handling, freeing us up to tackle the truly important stuff.

If I could give 100 Stars for this App, I would.

We can't fault the amazing and we mean AMAZING customer service and support. Developers who truly listen to the needs of their customers with updates flowing through within days or actively working on them.

We turned to this App because other "return" apps just didn't meet our needs for us to be able to provide a seamless customer experience, but Parcel Panel Returns & Exchanges has filled the gap in the market. Thank You!!

Jessca was extremely helpful! I am still setting up my store and haven't had a chance to test the app with my customers but will come back to edit if I ever need to. (Hoping I don't) Customer service is great and always there to help you with any questions or issues. I recommend them!

I have to say, this app is a total game-changer! It takes all the fuss out of returns, and it's super easy to use for customers. The interface is a breeze to navigate, and the customer support team is lightning-fast in their responses. I can't recommend it enough for anyone wanting to make returns and exchanges a whole lot smoother.
