Worst customer service ever. Avoid this app!

Their customer service is a total mess. They told me they’d get back to me in 2 hours, but instead, they emailed me for an RMA number after just 21 minutes. When I didn't reply within 5 minutes, they just closed the case.

Also, be warned: they never refund unused return labels. When I threatened to file a claim and report them to Shopify, they offered a measly $20 coupon as a bribe snd refunded. Think twice before using this app.

The customer service is fantastic and the implementation into Shopify is easy and seamless. I desperately wish they had an auto approval feature where the return labels were automatically available in the customer return portal but hopefully they will implement this feature asap.

Once an item has been refunded in Shopify why do i have to then go back in to returns panel and action it again in there - its a pain and just more admin
