I enjoy the fact I can share reminders with my subscribers and be able to pause or cancel their memberships with no problems as sometimes customer's may want a sense of the store being able to handle it.
This version includes everything I could have hoped for at the price. The app offers a solid API and smooth Klaviyo integration, and the setup process is straightforward. Overall, my experience has been very positive so far, aside from a few minor glitches at the beginning.
PayWhirl really does it all. Not a stone unturned, which gives me more time to focus on my business. Our sales have nearly doubled after we put all of its features into place. I’m grateful for this app and all the people who support it!

Paywhril is amazing! I've been using it for 4 years and have had no issues with it, and every time I need help with code, their customer service always responds and helps me out withing a few hours. Very highly recommend!

We've tried the other subscription apps, but they all had limitations that Paywhirl did not. Plus their support team is very responsive, and they release new features all the time.

I was looking at changing our subscription box purchase plans. I had worked through adding the options and they were not showing up on the screen. Chris and Sergey looked into it for me. Sergey noticed that I had some custom work done which I had forgotten about and he took care of removing the coding. So now the proper purchase plan options are visible on my product page. All of this was done in less than 24 hours. Videos were sent to show the work they needed to do and when it was done. All in all, a great team to work with. I have been with them since the beginning and have nothing but wonderful things to say about this app.

We have been using the ap for several years, it works well and we have been happy with it. Today however, I had a special request related to a new theme I am using on Shopify. I was not able to use the standard tools supplied by the theme for showing a sale price and an original price on a one time purchase without changing the % off on the recurring club pricing.
I contacted customer service through Chat and I got Sergey which was the best stroke of luck I have had in a long time. Not only was he incredibly fast in understanding the problem he literally took the reigns and wrote special code for me to be able to do what I wanted to do. Perfection! He actually made it look better than I had asked for.
This NEVER happens, usually I just figure my day is going to wasted when dealing with merchant customer service on any platform. Not today and not with Sergey. I am completely blown away by how fast he understood the issue and fixed it. And best of all, he is very kind and humble. He also provided a video for me to refer to when I want to change the % off for a different promotion and have to alter the code.
This guy is a great employee. Very impressed.
